Name Banner

I made this banner for my niece for her birthday.
I used the Twinkle Toes cartridge for the shape cut out @ 6" for layer 1 & shift for layer 2
for the 3rd layer I used the shift button @ 5.5"
and Storybook for the letter cut outs @ 4"
The polka dot paper is DCWV - KIDS pack,
the ribbon is from Joann.
