"ANYTHING GOES" BLOG HOP SATURDAY, MAY 28TH
CREATE ANYTHING YOU'D LIKE.

 Today I created this card using Cardz TV stamps "Let's Party" set 

 I started by using versafine onyx black ink 
then stamped the balloons on 110lb core'dinations premium white cardstock
I then fussy cut them out and colored them using Stampin' Ups markers
and I popped them up with foam tape
I then drew on some string and added a bow.
