A couple of last minute Christmas cards

For the Paper Cutz Challenge click HERE

I have made a few last minute Christmas cards, since I hadn't felt well for a couple weeks I got way behind on my Christmas cards (and everything else around the house). So I needed to make something quick and easy, I finished them today and here is what I came up with. Hope you like them:)

A2 size card
Copic markers & SU colored pencils
SU stamp set - Holiday Tag Team
SU black embossing powder
Sentiment from Cardz Tv Sstamps Home for Christmas set

A2 size card
Copic markers & SU colored pencils
SU black embossing powder
SU stamp set - Holiday Tag Team
Sentiment from Cardz Tv Sstamps Home for Christmas set

A2 size card
Tuxedo black Memento Ink
SU stamp set- Along the same Lines

A little note about copic markers: Do not use them with black embossing powder, they will smear/melt the embossing powder. I found this out the hard way. If you do want to use embossing powder use clear.

Not a creature was stirring

If you are looking for the Paper Cutz Challenge click HERE

I found the Imagine on Dec. 2 still at the black Friday sale price at WM,  I cannot believe how much I am loving it. I never would have bought it if it had not been on sale. For one being because It was so expensive previously and for two it is so large, but I am so glad I found it.  I had even walked right past the stack of 5 of them sitting on the shelf the first time, but I had walked back down the isle looking for something else. And there they were, just sitting there. One was even still left last week.

Here is another card I made with it.

A2 size 4.25" x 5.5"
The 2 background papers were printed on the Imagine, the green tree paper is from the Snow Angel Imagine Cartridge pg. #40
The pink layer & birds were printed & cut from Enjoy the Seasons Imagine Cartridge pg. #3  at 3.5"
Crinkle ribbon
Foam tape for layers
Sentiment is from Cardz Tv Stamps "Home for the Holidays"
These high quality, clear photopolymer stamps are made in the USA.

Paper Cutz Challenge is going to EVERY 2 WEEKS beginning with this challenge!

I made a set of recipe cards for my Thanksgiving Dinner. I host most holidays at my house because I love to cook and because there are 6 of us with food allergies so we do not eat out very often.

This is the front of my set of recipe cards

This is one of the dividers

This is one of my favorite recipes

My recipes are a big mess so since Mary gave us this challenge I thought I would get some of my Thanksgiving recipes in order. So I searched the internet for something to print my recipes on instead of the 8 1/2" x 11" printer paper I had been using and found this site to type in my recipe and print it out on a card.
http://alenkasprintables.com She has some really cute cards to use, I think they turned out cute. Then I laminated them with this laminator I recently purchased, I think they turned out great!

I used scraps for all of the cuts

Thanksgiving & turkey cut at 1.5" Simply Charmed pg. 61
Pie cut at 1.5" From My Kitchen pg. 67 removed cherry and added pie vents.
Rooster- cut at 1.5" From My Kitchen pg. 77
Turkey- cut at 2" Animal Kingdom pg. 33
Poultry- cut at 2" From My Kitchen pg. 77
Blue & White paper if from DKWV  Nanas Kitchen Stack
Plaid paper is from

I am working on more and will post as I finish them.
